This internal mixer is constructed from imported all-alloy materials (eliminating the need for spraying or electroplating), ensuring exceptional strength and wear resistance. It is specifically designed for stirring, dispersing, and mixing ceramic powders and other formulations containing binders at controlled temperatures. When materials reach a mud-like consistency, they are discharged after a predetermined period and proceed to the next processing stage. This equipment is ideal for small-batch production, prototyping, laboratory applications, and educational purposes.

• The mixing chamber opens automatically via hydraulic system, with easily removable rotors. This eliminates traditional mixer limitations related to cleaning difficulty, color changing, and maintenance. All material contact surfaces are mirror-polished to prevent material adhesion and simplify cleaning, effectively controlling material contamination.

• CFine's anti-leakage powder device relies on a mechanical shaft seal tightening approach with self-lubricating seal rings that preserve compression throughout the mixing process. This configuration lowers wear in the mixing system, curbs leakage-related noise, and noticeably upgrades leakage resistance, while also streamlining cleaning, color changes, and dismantling. The through-type heating design enables rapid heat-up and consistent temperature coverage, delivering around 50% higher heating efficiency than standard heating plates and running under PLC program control. The chamber's internal layout features a sophisticated tube-belt structure that promotes effective heat exchange and accurate temperature control; water-cooled rotors further prevent adhesion and ensure precise thermal management, leading to more even dispersion of the materials.
